COMMON QUESTIONS:

What counts towards my free drinks? Basically almost any drink that we prepare counts. Bottled beverages don’t count. Coffee refills and pots of tea for two also don’t count.

What can I get for my free drink? The computer keeps track of your purchases and will calculate the average of the 10 drinks you purchased to earn that free drink. If you want to purchase a drink higher priced than your average, you can just pay the difference.

How do I know how many drinks I have towards earning a free drink? Each time you visit The Fine Grind, present your card upon paying. The smiling barista will swipe your card and our brilliant computer system will keep track. You can ask or you can check the bottom of your receipt to see how many drinks you have accumulated.

How do I know when I’ve earned a free drink? We’ll tell ya’.

How long do I have to use my free drink free drink? There is no expiration date. You can use it on your next visit or save it for a rainy day when you leave the house with no money.

Can I save them up and have a party and invite all my friends to use them? You can save them up. But sorry, you can only use one free drink per day.

Do I need my card with me to earn my free drink? No, we can look you up by last name and you’ll still get the credit.

What do I do if I lose my card? Don’t worry we’ll give you a replacement card and you won’t even lose any of the drinks you’ve accumulated.

How do I put money on my card? When you visit The Fine Grind, present your card and let the barista know you want to add money. You can pay cash or credit card.

You don’t have to give it to us. We send out an email newsletter every month or 2 with coupons, drink specials and special events. And, we promise that we will never share our mailing list with anyone.
